High Temperature Molten Salt Pump

HP59 pumps are developed as Single-stage, single suction, submerged centrifugal pumps, with enclosed impeller, which designed to make sure that molten salt liquids can back into the tank automatically when pumps stopped. Bearing bracket structure can guarantee the effective thermal isolation and reasonable temperature gradient. the shafts are supported with plain bearings in the pump casing and bearing spiders, self-lubrication is introduced in plain bearings. There are expansion joint at the discharge pipe to make up the length change for the different temperature; the overall length under base plate up to 18m.

Apply for pumping high temperature molten salt (nitrate) medium, or molten salt cycle systems. lt is mainly used for melamine projects, projects of alumina, alkali, solar power, etc.
