The connection dimensions of the pressure- and suction flange are made according to the British StandardBS4082.
The impeller is a closed radial design, dynamically balanced and incorporates a wear ring on either side of the impeller. (The ETLS can also be supplied with a semi-open impeller for liquids which are sensitive to clogging.)

Pump Casing and Pump Cover |
SGD series vertical in-line pump is foot mounted. Design pressure is 2.5 MPa. Fluid temperature is-20~+250℃Suction diameter and pressure are the same to discharge diameter and pressure. Axial suction and radial discharge nozzles conform with ANS and DIN standards. Suction and discharge nozzle loads conform to API610 standards. Suction and discharge flanges are optional in accordance with industrial standards. |

Mechanical Seal |
The size of seal chamber can completely conform with ISO21049 and API 682 standards. There is single mechanical seal, double mechanicalseal, or assembly mechanical seal. Flushing, coolingheating, quenching and buffer tank connecting conform with API 610 standards. |

Impeller |
Closed impeller has high performance of anti cavitation. The pump is provided with an inducer at low NPSH. Static balance and dynamic balance must be done for impeller. The impeller is provided with lock washer to prevent reverse operation of pump. Axial force is balanced by front and back wear rings and balance holes to improve the life of seal and bearing. |

Pump Casing and Pump Cover Seal |
Use controllably compressed spiral wound gasket. Gasket materials can be selected in accordance with fluids. |

Pump Baseplate |
It is an important part to connection the pump and foundation. The shape and size of baseplate can be adjusted according to users' requirement. |

Bearing Parts |
High interchangeability:only 4 bearing frames. Bearing frame with wind cooling or water cooling can be optional in accordance with fluid temperature. Oil pool can be heated for low-temperature environment and fluid. 4) Oil or grease lubrication. Automatic oil filling cup and visual window are also installed on the bearing frame with oil lubrication. |

Shaft |
The shaft adopts heavy load and large diameter to meet the requirement of low shaft deflection and guarantee the life of bearing and seal. Materials of shaft can be optional in accordance with different conditions to make sure that shaft diameter deflection of seal is less than 0.05mm. |

Bearing |
The radial force can be balanced by cylindrical roller bearing for grease lubrication. The residual axial force can be balanced by a pair of angular contact ball bearings. The bearing frame can be metal or non-metal. The residual axial force can be balanced by a pair of angular contact ball bearings for oil lubrication. Radial force is balanced by water lubricated bearing. |

Cooling / Heating Chamber |
Cooling water or steam can be inputted into seal chamber in accordance with different conditions. Cooling /heating chamber is designed according to relative standards and has the advantages of simple structure and easy cleaning. |

Water-lubricated Bearing |
Oil lubrication. Radial force is balanced by waterlubricated bearings. Bearing cooling and self-flushing. Materials of water-lubricated bearings should be meet the requirements of matched materials on site. |

Measuring Instruments |
Various kinds of measuring instruments can be optional according to conditions at site. Suction and discharge pressure gauges. Bimetal thermometer and platinum thermal resistance for measuring bearing temperature. Bearing vibration measuring instruments at both ends in three directions. |
