Pre-Startup Preparation and Operation

  • Check for Loose Fasteners

    Inspect the pump base, coupling, bearing housing, and other connection points for any loose fasteners. Tighten any loose components as necessary.

  • Check for Obstructions or Noise

    Manually rotate the coupling to ensure there is no binding or unusual noise.

  • Add Priming Liquid

    Open the water filling valve on the top of the pump and add enough liquid to ensure that the pump chamber is at least two-thirds full. Close the valve. This priming step will not be needed for subsequent startups.

  • Power On and Test Rotation

    Connect the power supply and perform a test run. From the motor end, ensure the pump rotates in the clockwise direction (reverse rotation is strictly prohibited).
