PEEK Composite Material

Your Professional PEEK Composite Material Supplier

Our factory has a complete portfolio covering pump R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service to best meet customer requirements. All key staff members have experience working at top-tier domestic and international pump companies. Our chief engineers and managers each have over 20 years of experience in the pump industry.

Production Market
We serve markets in Italy, France, Switzerland, and Russia. We have been authorized by the Aturia Group—a pump company with branches in France, Switzerland, and Italy—as their local representative for sales, assembly, and service.

Our Service
After equipment installation, we perform commissioning (debugging) of centrifugal pumps to ensure normal operation. We also provide operational training to customers, guiding them in the correct use, maintenance, and care of centrifugal pumps to help extend the service life of the equipment.

Understanding Customer Requirements
Through detailed communication in the early stages, we strive to fully understand each customer’s needs and usage environment, including product categories, specifications, performance requirements, and working conditions.

PEEK Composite Material

PEEK Composite Material has high temperature resistance, self-lubricating, corrosion resistance, flame retardant, hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance and other excellent comprehensive performance, initially used in the defence and military field, and then gradually expanded to the civilian field, including industrial manufacturing, aerospace, automotive industry, electrical and electronic and medical devices. With the continuous improvement of PEEK synthesis and processing technology, its chemical modification, blending, composite filling and other high-performance materials to broaden its field of application, PEEK is suitable for injection moulding, extrusion moulding, compression moulding and melt spinning and other processing methods.

Features of PEEK

Mechanical Properties
PEEK is a plastic that balances both toughness and rigidity. Notably, its excellent fatigue resistance under alternating stress is the best among all plastics and is comparable to that of alloy materials.

Self-Lubricating Property
PEEK exhibits outstanding sliding properties among plastics, making it ideal for applications requiring a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance. In particular, PEEK modified with a specific proportion of carbon fiber and graphite offers even better self-lubricating performance.

Chemical Resistance (Corrosion Resistance)
PEEK demonstrates excellent resistance to chemicals. Among commonly used chemicals, only concentrated sulfuric acid can dissolve or degrade it. Its corrosion resistance is comparable to that of nickel steel.

Flame Retardancy
PEEK is a highly stable polymer. A sample with a thickness of 1.45 mm can meet the highest flame retardant standards without the need for any added flame retardants.

Peeling Resistance
PEEK has strong resistance to peeling, allowing it to be used for thin coatings or electromagnetic wires, even in harsh environments.

Fatigue Resistance
PEEK offers the best fatigue resistance among all plastic resins.

Radiation Resistance
It has excellent resistance to high radiation levels, outperforming polystyrene (the best among general-purpose resins). PEEK can be used to produce high-performance components that maintain good insulation properties even under gamma radiation doses up to 1100 Mrad.

Hydrolysis Resistance
PEEK and its composites are chemically stable when exposed to water and high-pressure steam. Products made from PEEK retain excellent performance even after continuous use in high-temperature, high-pressure water environments.
