PEEK resin is experiencing rapid growth in the European market, particularly in the automotive parts sector. Components such as engine peripherals, transmission parts, and steering parts increasingly use PEEK plastic to replace traditional high-cost metals. As the automotive industry moves toward miniaturization, lightweight construction, and cost reduction, the demand for PEEK resin is expected to continue rising. In one European car model, 44 parts have replaced traditional metal components with PEEK plastics.

Electronics Industry
The semiconductor and electronics industries are becoming major growth areas for PEEK applications. In semiconductor manufacturing, increasing wafer sizes and advanced production technologies demand materials with low dust generation, low gas emission, minimal ion dissolution, and low water absorption. These requirements make PEEK resin an ideal material for various equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Sealing Applications
Valves and pipelines play critical roles in industrial transportation, and their sealing performance is crucial. With global environmental standards becoming more stringent, the focus is on energy conservation, transportation efficiency, and waste reduction. Traditional sealing materials include PTFE, nylon, graphite, carbon fiber/glass fiber-reinforced PTFE composites, and stainless steel. PEEK is an excellent alternative in sealing applications due to its mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and durability.

Petrochemical Industry
As oil drilling technologies advance and environmental conditions become increasingly harsh, equipment must meet higher standards for high temperature, corrosion, and pressure resistance. PEEK composite materials offer solutions for these challenges and are widely used in downhole logging tools, drilling equipment, cables, coil bobbins, seals, and support rings.

Medical and Analytical Equipment
PEEK’s ability to withstand repeated high-pressure sterilization makes it suitable for use in medical devices such as endoscope components and dental scaling tools. Its high strength and low solubility also make it ideal for use in analytical instruments, including liquid chromatography columns, tubing, and accessories. Furthermore, PEEK's excellent biocompatibility has led to its use as a replacement for titanium in artificial bone implants.

Aerospace
PEEK’s light weight, high strength, and excellent thermal stability make it an ideal material for aerospace applications. It is used in the manufacture of aircraft engine parts, fuel system components, and enclosures for aerospace electronic equipment.
