High-flow PEEK Special Material

High-flow products are designed for thin-walled complex parts and highly filled materials for injection molding without affecting the processability and mechanical properties of the material. Compared with traditional PEEK resin, they have the following excellent characteristics:

1. Larger filler filling amount: The fiber filling amount can be up to 60% without affecting the processability and surface finish.
2. Shorter injection molding cycle: Due to the improved flow characteristics, the melt needs less mechanical properties to pass through the injection molding machine, and the crystallization speed is faster. Compared with unmodified PEEK resin, it greatly improves demolding and widens the mold temperature setting range.
3. The mechanical properties are equivalent to pure PEEK.
