Test the performance of the pump, including flow rate and preset volume test.
Avoid liquid from seeping into the pump, and ensure that the pump is stored in a cool and dry place when not in use, avoiding severe vibration, direct sunlight or ultraviolet radiation.
Secondary maintenance: performed every 720 hours, the operator is responsible. The main contents include:
Check the looseness of the pump, pipes and joints.
Observe the bearing lubricating oil level, replace or replenish the lubricating oil if necessary.
Adjust the pressure of the packing gland to ensure proper dripping.
Check the wear of the sleeve and replace it if necessary.
