Special Working Condition Pump Methods

The special working condition pump methods mainly include the following types and coping strategies:

Centrifugal pumps: widely used in high-pressure liquid transportation scenarios, such as high-pressure liquid transmission pipelines in petrochemicals or boiler feed water systems in thermal power generation. Multistage centrifugal pumps use multi-stage impeller series design to increase liquid pressure step by step to meet the transportation needs of up to hundreds or even thousands of atmospheres.

Gear pumps: suitable for the transportation of high-viscosity liquids, such as lubricating oil, heavy oil, asphalt and polymer solutions. Gear pumps achieve liquid transportation through the rotation of two meshing gears, which is particularly suitable for the stable transportation of high-viscosity liquids.

Magnetic drive pumps: perform well under special working conditions and are suitable for high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, volatile, low temperature, and solid particle-containing media. In order to cope with high temperature conditions, magnetic drive pumps adopt effective cooling measures, such as outlet liquid coolers, to ensure that the sealing part works normally at high temperatures.
